What is Access Bars?

Think of Access Bars as a reset button for your mind—similar to clearing the memory on a computer, but in this case, it's your brain. This gentle, energy-based technique helps release limiting thoughts, feelings, and beliefs that keep you stuck, stressed, or overwhelmed, making space for new possibilities and greater ease in life.

How Does It Work?

A trained Access Bars facilitator lightly touches 32 specific points on your head. These points correspond to different areas of life—such as healing, creativity, money, control, and more—and when activated, they help dissolve old mental and emotional patterns that no longer serve you.

Access Bars works beyond words, clearing the energy beneath them. There is no judgment in Access Consciousness and no separation from all of creation. It’s a space where you can truly begin to experience freedom, clarity, and choice.
